Our meticulously restored WWII cell blocks offer intimate office and creation spaces available for short and long-term rental.

Giant Nordic Tipis

In the heart of Witton Barracks, three spectacular Nordic tipis rise beneath the sky, offering a striking and versatile setting for any occasion.

From fairy-tale weddings and intimate soirées to milestone birthdays, corporate retreats, markets, and even festivals, these stunning structures provide the perfect blank canvas to bring your vision to life.

Used individually for a cosy gathering or linked together for a grand affair, they create a warm, magical atmosphere that guests will never forget.

Good People Double-Decker Bus Bar

An original 1970s British double-decker transformed into a full keg bar and upstairs cocktail lounge.

Step into something extraordinary. With a lift-up roof and a sleek marquee for shade, the GoodPeople Bus transforms into the most stylish lounge on wheels.

Whether it’s a private party, corporate event or festival, this unique space brings the perfect blend of comfort and wow-factor.

Quarter Hall

The Quarter Hall and Glass Box rooms are unique and versatile spaces that sit side-by-side in the main building of Witton Barracks. They can be hired together, or individually. Front and rear terraces are also available.

The elevated, leafy outlook over the adjoining park makes this the perfect space for a variety of occasions.

Glass Box Room

Nestled side-by-side with the Quarter Hall within the main building of Witton Barracks, the Glass Box Room offers endless possibilities for your event.

The two spaces can be hired individually or together and have the option of access to front and rear terraces. Both offer an elevated position with leafy vistas of the park.

Whole Site Hire

Create something extraordinary with exclusive access to the entire Witton Barracks site. This venue-only hire gives you up to 12 hours on-site (including setup and pack-down) to shape your event exactly as you imagine it. With expansive indoor and outdoor spaces at your disposal, Witton Barracks is a blank canvas for weddings, celebrations, markets, festivals, corporate retreats, and community gatherings.

What’s Included:

  • Exclusive use of the full Witton Barracks site – fully accessible grounds

  • Three giant Scandinavian tipis – striking open structures for dining, dancing or staging

  • Event Block – two versatile event rooms, break-out space, and balcony

  • Toilet facilities – clean, stocked, and guest-ready

  • Wi-Fi access – site-wide connectivity

  • Outdoor power – 15-amp outlets and three-phase power available

  • Ample on-site parking – easy access for guests and suppliers

  • Good People Bus access – onsite bus for unique event use (by request)

  • Support with community liquor licence – if selling alcohol

  • Perimeter Fencing – $200 for full site enclosure

Please note: This is a venue-only hire. Staffing, catering, styling, and event management are not included, allowing you full freedom to bring your own suppliers or creative vision.

Cells

If you are seeking an office with character, then look no further.

Our meticulously restored WWII cells are perfect for social enterprise start-ups, small businesses or creatives who need an independent studio or workspace.

Each cell block contains access to a shared breakout room and toilet facilities.

Cell Block 01: 5 cells, each with a dimension of 3.5m x 4.14m

Cell Block 02: 5 cells (including 2 cells that join), each with a dimension of 3.35m x 3.95m

Motor transport cover

Experience the unique ambiance of our motor transport cover, offering a covered outdoor space perfect for hosting pop-up events, workshops, or even a tool library. With its industrial charm and adaptable layout, the possibilities are endless.

The motor transport cover offers 9 open cells, each with access to power and internet.


In addition, the three adjoining cells closest to the park feature a charming enclosed brick building and lock up cell that could lend itself to a variety of uses including a pop-up café. There is access to toilets and a shared kitchenette onsite.
