Ceremonial Cacao & Seeds of Intention & Relaxing Sound Bath Journey

We gather as the divine feminine and masculine energies, in a safe, open, and deeply held space. This is a sacred circle where real conversation happens.

This is a calling to come back into stillness and ask what you actually want to grow. The New Moon is the quiet dark before anything is visible, the same darkness a seed rests in before it knows which way is up. We will be having a discussion on intention, and what it really means to plant something without needing to see the outcome straight away. What have you been too afraid to want out loud? What would you plant if you trusted it could actually grow?

We open seated as a circle together in ceremony with Mama Cacao. This ancient heart medicine has been used for thousands of years to open what has closed in us, to bring us back into the body, back into truth, and back into genuine connection with ourselves and those around us. She sets the tone for everything that follows. Honest, open, and real. She also gently opens the heart chakra, and we will sit with her and loving intention as we name what we are here to plant.

As the circle closes, we then lay down and surrender into a 45 minute high frequency sound bath journey. Crystal singing bowls, chimes, and layered high frequency sound therapy instruments will fill the space with sound built to hold new beginnings gently. There is nothing to do. Nowhere to be. You simply receive.

High Frequency Sound works on a level that goes beyond words or thinking. When the body is bathed in sustained healing frequencies the brain naturally shifts into deep alpha and theta states, the same states found in deep meditation, where the nervous system can truly rest and the body moves into genuine restoration. Research shows that sound therapy reduces cortisol, activates the parasympathetic nervous system, and creates conditions for emotional and physical release that thinking alone cannot reach.

Crystal singing bowls vibrate at frequencies that move through the water in our cells, and our bodies carry around 70 percent water. On a New Moon, with the intentions we’ve just planted still fresh, that vibration becomes a kind of watering. A way of tending to the seed before it even breaks the surface.

When sound meets the emotional openness of the circle, the body often releases what it has been holding far longer than we realise. People describe feeling waves of peace, unexpected tears, warmth, activation, lightness, or a silence deeper than they have touched in a long time. Whatever comes up is welcome. It is all part of the planting.

Please bring a yoga mat, cushion, a warm blanket, water, a journal and pen. Dress in loose clothing that is comfortable. If you feel called, bring a crystal to hold in the circle or something that represents what you are planting, and you can put it in the space and charge it in the sound frequencies. Arrive a few minutes early so you can settle in before we begin.

This circle is open to all. Wherever you are on the path, whatever you carry, you are welcome here exactly as you are.
